Life

In terms of updates... My son hasnt been settling in school (very surprisingly) as he was looking forward to it so thats been quite a painful 4 weeks for me as I have to sit in the school till he settles which is not happening... im giving it till after the Eid holidays and then im going to insist to the school that they n eed to work out something because if i keep sitting there i dont see him settling because now hes very happy with this whole routine of mom sitting for 3 hours with him outside his class! In fact ever since school started he has become much more clingy and emotionally attached to me (I am glad he is attached to me but he needs to be independent too)... i find it strange that all the other kids are settled (except 2 whose moms are housewives and the kids are totally dependent on their moms, have never stayed with anyone else etc etc whereas my son is normally quite independent  - i mean come on he stayed without me for 4 days straight twice in one month without any issues... he stays with my mom very easily while i am at work etc) so anyway.... I dont know if its become a habit for him to see my in school or hes taking advantage of the fact that i am with him when he cries in school.  As his school doesnt want any kids crying in school (now how possible is that with 2 year olds!) Anyway need to resolve this soon!
Work is really going well... I have won 2 awards this year... one at a regional level and the other at a global level so i am feeling good about that! :)

We have 4 days off for eid and all i want to do is sleep endlessly and watch movies which i dont think will be very possible since i have a 2,5 yr old who likes to wake up at 7 am despite whatever time he goes to bed at night! And then we fight over the television... He has already started to claim the remote control as his own!
